Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once we hand your parcel to the courier or Royal Mail, delays are unfortunately outside our control. Please check your shipping address carefully – we can’t take responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping as standard, with Tracked 24 available for a small extra cost.
